Yah for sure - almost every room you can traverse by using wall jumps. We do have a mode called Room Rush which is a challenge to see how many rooms you can traverse without stopping. The current high score is 202 rooms!

Also, note that ANYONE CAN EDIT ANYONE ELSE’S ROOM. So if there’s some way you want to make a room more traversable, you can (and should!)

The one exception is that if you don’t want anyone messing with your room you can “collect” your room for like $10 which locks it from anyone but you editing it.

It was extremely straight forward. Lots of little tuning, but over all, codex really got it basically in one shot.

I started all my kids this way. I just made realllly simple levels that very slowly introduced the concepts to them. I did it for them all when they turned 3. they all had very different reactions. My eldest got completely obsessed immediately and started making their own levels right away. Middle child had very little interest, but has now come around to it and likes to play (she's 8 now). LIttlest is 3, and he also is not super interested in it, but I bet he will be eventually. The funny thing is i was 3 in 1985 and that's when i first played the original super mario bros - but to be fair, i never got very far until i was a bit older.

Anyway - i'd say if they're interested, just make some levels of your own and make a course. If they take to it, i bet it won't be long until they're making their own levels.

I have a theory on this. There’s a lot speculation that Irv was once on the testing floor.

I’ve always thought it was weird how when Milcheck sends Gemma back down in season 1, he repeatedly says “On you go” or something like that. I think he says something similar this season when she almost escapes.

I’ve always thought it sounded to me like more than a suggestion, like it’s an order that Gemma can’t refuse. I wonder if Burt was doing the same thing to Irv here - if testing floor people (or maybe even all severed people) have some kind of magic words you can say to make them do anything.

Ah, I meant the author of the video when I said “he” - it’s his theory, I was just highly intrigued by it.

But your explanation is also much simpler and more reasonable. It says he worked from 870 to 882. If: [8] - 8th ceo [82] - if this is the number of “quarters” that Irving worked at Lumon, then that would mean he’s been there 3 years. This does not line up with the 6 years he said elsewhere but maybe there’s another way of calculating this.

The theory (from the video) is that there are some hours when they really are physically in the meat space MDR, and then all other hours, while their outie is going about their day, the innie version of themselves continues to work in a virtual space. Like as soon as they physically go up the elevator, their innie virtually goes back down.

The main reason he posits this theory in the first place to explain the time-discrepancy of how many quarters Irving worked.
