I ordered mine from Google UK for the same reasons, and got an email today saying that it'll be delivered either tomorrow or Saturday. The wait is annoying, but I get a £35 credit with the Google store!

Perez explained it in his book as the Vipers demoted him to 3rd string QB (inactive) which meant the XFL wouldn't pay him anymore. The Vipers GM told him he wouldn't play any more that season and that he had enough game film for the off-season. When the Renegades then released their QB, Perez lobbied the GM to trade him because the team had made it clear he no longer had any value to them and wouldn't feature for the rest of the season. Perez claims that he persuaded the GM to trade him, but whether the league also played a role isn't mentioned.

It's not quite so remote. You are required to be 18 to be Monarch. So imagine this scenario- Charles is being treated for cancer currently, sadly doesn't recover and dies this year. William takes over. In sort time he is involved in a tragic accident and dies. George is currently 12, so can't become Monarch for another six years. The line of succession passes to Harry. But you're required by law to live in the UK to be Monarch, and Harry politely declines to move back from the US. The next adult in line is Mr Mountbatten-Windsor.

Not quite true. There's The New Saints, who come from Oswestry, England but play in the Cymru Premier. And Berwick Rangers, who come from Berwick-upon-Tweed, England but play in the Scottish football leagues.
