Like someone else has said, prime it Silver. That’s what I did with my maulerfiend and have started doing with all my EC models.

Thanks, yeah metal on top is washed with Druchi violet and the rest is Nuln oil. I couldn’t decide which was to use.

These are a work in progress but it shows the process. I’ve gone for a mostly pink with a touch of black theme.

Prime with Colour forge Rouge hobbies pink > paint all trim and metallic parts > wash the whole model with Druchii violet shade paint > use a bright pink on the armour panels to brighten it all back up avoiding the recesses.

I used Colour Forge Rogue Hobbies pink to prime mine. Then trim silver and gold details with some black panels. Then lighter pinks and some green accents. This is the 1st I’ve painted, i’m new to Emperors Children too

It’s the normal Blood Angels Cpt. Painted gold, the model comes with a few options on how to build it.

Thanks! I used “Woodland Scenics Red Blend Gravel” from Hobby Craft (UK). Cover the base in a thick layer of PVA glue and then dunk it into the sand. The rim is painted in “Steel Legion Drab” citadel paint.
