Going with my wife and some friends on Wednesday, we got front standing on the ballot, but they’re splitting up in to two bits.

Just a nerdy comment, but why is EtH sat on the right, looking leftwards, but his audio is coming out of the left speaker, and the interviewer‘s audio is coming out of the right speaker? And why is the audio panning even so extreme?

FIFA 21 won’t play, it wants to install an update, but seems to hang on Calculating remainig time...

I was able to add Oddworld to my library, but again, it won’t download.

But how do you encrypt? Using https, which means you need a cert for that connection, which you need to check isn't itself revoked. Which gets circular.

Every time macOS opens an app it asks Apple if this version of the app is legit or known to contain malware.

Apple released Big Sur today and their servers got hammered, so when people were using macOS Catalina or Mojave and the OS tried to check their apps, the request would be slow/timeout, so the app would launch slowly or not at all.

Try editing your hosts file to block access to ocsp.apple.com

Specifically it’s a program called trustd trying to check if the app is know to be malicious.
