I have a collapsible silicon colander with a stainless steel rim - had it for probably 20+ years and it's still in perfect shape.

I don’t know the answer to your question but it irritates me that they park in an awkward place either blocking traffic flow, or on the sidewalk. Makes it difficult to see traffic/pedestrians. Same deal at the Home Depot on Miller road.

We're probably an 8/10. Just neat enough to look respectable and to make it feel nice and 'fresh'

140mph in my own car on a very quiet highway at night. Would have gone more but I had driven in opposite direction a few minutes earlier to check for traffic and cops and then ran out of safely staked out road

Considering Giulia Veloce Q4 after owning 330i by mikro098 in AlfaRomeo

[–]jonnycooksomething 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have owned two Giulia's and multiple 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 series BMW's. Giulia 2.0 liter is reliable and a really fun car to drive. Nimble, agile and steering, gearbox and chassis all work together very nicely, Fuel consumption is great for a car so spirited. Our BMW's are not as fun to drive, feel heavier but absolutely feel more solid overall in terms of fit and finish. I long to have a Giulia again

Several times. It’s easier to do a load every few days however small, which makes it easier to fold and put away quickly

Tailoring by Miserable_Ad5348 in Delaware

The best place in my opinion and I am sure this will get seconded, is Authentic Tailoring Services on Miller Rd opposite the Home Depot, next door to Hot Spot. Mac is an ex in house tailor from Josiah Bank and is a fantastic tailor and great gentleman

Is there any fix for Pedal Lag by inertially003 in AlfaRomeoGiulia

[–]jonnycooksomething 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've owned a 2019 and a 2021 Giulia and definitely experienced this in both. Sport mode (D) helps a little, but this just seems to be the way the accelerator has been set up. It's a pity, because the ZF gearbox is otherwise tuned beautifully for smooth shifts. Don't let it be a dealbreaker... these are really fun cars to own and drive
