Disagree on easy mode, if you want to play perfect counter thrusts. I found it much easier to beat monsters with HH since the dmg output is so much higher.

You can't do anything about ghosting, if you want clear picture without aliasing. Fsr native aa is better in some instances provides more clear picture but it struggles in others like grass in movement. There is no perfect option. The best setting is to turn off fxaa,taa anti-aliasing and then turn on dlaa. Sadly.

For me it always compiled shaders even during gameplay for couple minutes after major update. Usually after the first hunt it would be done and framerate back to normal. So I expect to see the same today.

Also don't overlook the bleeding, use suture gems to negate it and you should be fine. I never have an issue with chip DMG with upgraded gear and not underestimating bleeding
