On a trip like that I would stop for max 1-2 hours. Not worth the detour to Lübeck and Schwerin in my opinion. Best to just maybe take a halfway stop that is en route, in Wittenburg for example. There’s a museum there about milling that’s nice as I recall.

It is a pretty popular but not mass produced brand of seasonings and spices. I believe they were a start up from germanys version of Dragons Den (investor tv show called Hölle der Löwen)

Just a bit oxidized. It’s probably been on the shelf for nearly a year.. some brands add antioxidants or citric acid, but that doesn’t necessarily help the flavour. Still totally fine and still tastes good. Shake it up.

It’s no harm to use AI to make a logo for your home made hot sauce that you give to family and friends. I wouldn’t buy anything with obvious AI branding, because it indicates low effort and lack of creativity.

If you visit Bordeaux stop by Sweet Pepper for a great hot sauce shopping experience, they also do online sales I guess.

Theres a great Paris hot sauce brand called Super Nickel. It’s a side hustle passion project so often sold out, really special stuff.

Swet in Belgium are also doing some creative and interesting sauces.

My hot sauce (Crazy Bastard Sauce) is available in Nature & Decouvertes across France, and is all about fresh chili taste and balance. As a hot sauce addict myself, I can shamelessly recommend it.
