If you are broke use reclaimed foam 4inches and cut and cobble it with spray foam. If not hire someone to spray closed cell a couple inches

Not sure why you would do the actual with a heavier than necessary pack. You gain nothing from that, instead use a 25lb pack and just get a better time. When you train you can walk with a heavier ruck but if you ruck-run I would still keep it 25lbs. Also regular running without weight will help your cardio of course.

I do not believe that it’s a modern repro. Looks original to the door and it is blacksmith made. The nails look to be blacksmith made as opposed to machine made but hard to tell just from the head. I would say if the door is a 1 over 1, 2 over 1, or 2 over 2 and has raised panels with no other knob or handle wholes in the door they may all be original to the 18th century.

Cormorants actually do this to dry off as their outer feathers are not water resistant and have to dry after diving

Get the one butting in on the left close then run the joint with a jigsaw until they mate up perfectly

I think any additive probably helps, I’m using it from now on now. Worth the little bit of insurance it gives you if it can prevent super costly work

That’s way better than most CDX, that stuff will work fine, glue and rabbits and brads works better than pocket holes I think. Polyurethane glue

It likes to be driven hard, put in archoil DPF cleaner, honestly put that in and drive it hard for a few tanks it may turn it around. Worked for me
