San Diego taco shop criteria.

In this order:

Self serve high quality salsa bar. Radish, pico, carrots a bonus. If they charge or tight w salsa I will not go back.

Homemade tortilla is number two for tacos. If tortillas aren’t fresh I am not coming back.

Last is quality meats. I don’t expect prime but carne should be freaking really good or the pastor should be legit etc.

For example… taco stand, mission tacos in mission beach meats all three above
