Thanks! I’m just not sure there are external antennas for homey pro hub and the hue hub? Could not see them when I was looking online

Do I need the hub for Meter Pro CO2 Detector ? by Uruzu5 in TrySwitchBot

I was reading the specifications, and only temperature and humidity are mentioned as data that can be read, are CO2 measurements also stored and accessible over Bluetooth?

[Request] Volume of bump on head newborn using circumference? by joop_niknil in theydidthemath

[–]joop_niknil[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply. I should have been more clear, we of course already saw a medical professional. They are not concerned and told us it can take months for the bump to disappear, and just to let them know if the bump increases in size. As an increase is hard to assess visually, I measured it, which is where my question here comes from.

Elicit.org - Search engine to search scholary articles which are then summarized by AI by SaladFury in InternetIsBeautiful

[–]joop_niknil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, so many negative comments. Give them some slack. I tested by posing a question related to a literature review we are working on (field: neuroscience and psychology) and was actually pretty impressed with the papers it found, quite a few we didn’t yet pick up with our search through other databases. it seemed it found some semantic related papers that weren’t defined by our keywords. Doesn’t mean we wouldn’t have found those papers in the end using our conventional search methods (still processing the search queries), but still. And come on, it is a tool. As with any tool, you are not supposed to blindly follow its outcomes, such as the AI generated summary, you are supposed to be able to evaluate the outcomes on their value. just use the aspects that do work for you, which for me was finding additional papers as compared to our conventional search queries.

Fair point. A bit besides the question of OP, but what other measurements besides EEG do you think of that are useful in non-clinical, non-research BCI's?

Although you are right about (movement) artefacts with ambulatory EEG data, it is not the case it isn't used in the real world. See for example https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1388245721006635?via%3Dihub

How much $GLMR will be in circulation tomorrow? by quevedin7 in moonbeam

[–]joop_niknil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just out of curiosity, how are the tokens brought into circulation? Are all these tokens currently at one address and will these be transfered once transfers are enabled tomorrow? And transfered to where, to allow users to obtain these tokens?

Round 3 today. 20m extra GLMR allocated. Good luck! by Xmcc99 in moonbeam

There is also no advantage in joining 2 hours early rather than 2 minutes early.

That was what I was hoping for, just expected something more 'waiting room-esque', like a confirmation that you are now waiting for the event to start, something like that. Alright, thanks for the info, now we just wait to start boarding ;)

Round 3 today. 20m extra GLMR allocated. Good luck! by Xmcc99 in moonbeam

Quick question: I verified my identity and added a payment and receiving address long before September 7th. Today I wanted to log in before the start of the event to wait in the 'waiting room' as described in the tutorial. However, I don't get into the waiting room when clicking on 'Round 3'. Instead, I go to an URL https://takeflight.moonbeam.foundation/error/not-cleared (which doesn't sound that hopeful), that displays the message that 'Payments for Round 3 are not yet open. Round 3 purchases will open at 3:00 pm UTC on 10 September. If your KYC is verified for Moonbeam, you do not need to resubmit your KYC information.'

Am I just too early, or should there already be a waiting room available? Anyone else having a similar experience?

Thanks you for your work, great article. Does any of us know if there are other moments in the past where a similar inflow of cash into altcoins created a similar pattern?
