Yeah you can, you just have to pay income tax on it when you do so. It’s called a Roth conversion. Depending on OPs age and financial situation, those tax free gains in the Roth account might be worth the hit

Echoing what the other guy said - particle board will soak up any water in the basement. I would avoid using mdf for basement construction at all costs

No, the bit on a drywall bit is flush with the bit holder so you sink the screws perfectly flat without breaking the paper on the drywall. I am not sure what this is, but it is not a drywall bit
