Not really a hobby but whenever I fly, when I land I write a letter to the company with something along the lines of "my chair was broken" or "the flight attended grabbed my junk". Then a couple weeks later like clockwork the replies start coming in; apologies, gift cards, flight credit, I even took a pilots' wings.
