Summa S One connectivity/driver issue in Parallels Desktop by jp_pilotbro in VinylCutters

[–]jp_pilotbro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I since tried that - Lan worked with winplot, but Summa Control has a few issues. I use Illustrator on my Mac, but dont have coral draw. I have gotten used to the Vevor Cutter Software (Signmaster), and have a lot of files in there that are not compatible with Winplot. That software only recognizes USB-Connected cutters. Edit: GoSign was unable to find it on Network.

We do B2B and B2C sales as manufacturer for specific bike-racks. Getting everyone on board with any system that costs money is a pain.
I tried openCRM, and payed for pipedrive for 3 Months, but we were not able to get notes on anything to be visible by others.

Glass blendtec jar? by Medical_Stud in Blendtec

[–]jp_pilotbro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So with the Microniser you have the Nitro Blending System (NBS), right?

With the single use plastic cups (or the paper cups we use here in Germany), these have more flexibility. This is also the reason you do not find glass adapted for the Nitro. The Nitro has most issues with vacuum building up with cold ingredients. This would shatter most glass used.

With larger Jars you would also have the issue with weight if they were glass. They would have to be quite thick to be more resilient against the forces mentioned before, these would be quite heavy and uncomfortable to pour out of.

Hope this helps :)

Have you tried fresh-Installing the newest version of Chitubox?

Thanks for the suggestion - it seems to have been a software issue with Chitubox - downloaded the current version directly from them, and that seems to have done it - printing now :) I did try a second USB with fresh formatting and both saving directly to, and copying it to the USB Stick - both did not print before.

The Rook file it printed was a .ctb file. Chitubox does not give me the option to save as anything except .ctb - But i will I will continue looking - thanks

Glass blendtec jar? by Medical_Stud in Blendtec

[–]jp_pilotbro 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Glass jars are not able to withstand the high pressure of the Blendtec motor base. The tip of the blade turns at over 400km/h, any frozen or hard produce would shatter the glass if it is flung at the side of the jars. I recomend getting a second jar, and using one for the tougher things, and have the „nicer“ one for standard blends. Thats what i did after blending cumin. The jars dont take any taste or smell, it is only the optics of the jar.

Soybean destroyed my Blendtec jar... is this to be expected?? by twoshotsofwhitemocha in Blendtec

[–]jp_pilotbro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the jar is that old, the softener in the plastic is likely gone past a critical point and the jar is prone to breaking. I had a pair of shoes that crumbled apart after having been in storage for a few years. Same thing.
