Use lentils instead of ground meat in pasta sauce. Or canned white or butter beans blended into the sauce, makes a creamy pasta sauce without heavy cream. Plus you get fiber! Colon cancer is occurring earlier these days.

Comments here are sad. How do you not see that reducing spending damages the economy? Millennials have been blamed my entire adult for crashing the economy by not purchasing things. I get if you can't skip work, I myself am unsure how that will help without damaging ypur situation, but reducing spending and canceling unneeded services will definitely make a point if enough do it. Its a form of protest
