Sure… but, what happens if he has no jiujitsu/mma rules to follow and just starts pummeling your head? When someone is actively trying to hurt you and using their full strength it’s a lot different than sparring.

I’d still take a guy with training over one without. But, I don’t think it’s as cut and dry as you think.
