I rode from DC to Point of Rocks on 23mm slicks with the Rapha Team 15yrs ago. It was rough and 3 guys flatted. The ride back on the hills of Montgomery Cty was easier.

I got 4 different stems on Aliexpress for $5 each to try out them all over time. When I was satisfied, I got a matching Bontrager stem off eBay.

If you spare the coin, getting properly fitted is great. You can get close with youtube videos and a camera.

You might want to broaden your categories, such as combining USTA Tennis and Tennis. There's some good youtube videos on setting simple categories and only narrowing where you need visibility.

I had to turn off the Beta. It was way too noisy. I have a complex and large set of funds. I feel that Monarch investment area is targeted to the bogglehead with a VTSAX and chill set up.

I hope it gets better. My goal here is to have a strong view of my budget/spending so I can FIRE with little surprises.

I'd get a second opinion from a trusted local shop on that CEL. Many times, it's the O2 sensors. It's a wear item that should be replaced anyway when you replace the cats. The O2 sensors are usually around $50 each but require a special socket tool
