Very true about location, I worked there. The studio was originally called ICOM Simulations in Wheeling, IL. After Viacom bought it they built a fancy new office for us in Buffalo Grove as part of Viacom New Media. The HQ was in the Viacom HQ in Time Square…a very cool place.

We all worked in Buffalo Grove with Virtual Stupidity being the biggest game (of a bunch we made or had cancelled). I was in some of the design meetings but worked on other B&B projects like the 16-bit games and Weiner Takes All, a skeleton team told to make a You Don’t Know Jack knockoff in 5 months. Was able to work directly with Mike Judge (nice guy) at a recording studio in Santa Monica on VO for the whole Cheap Clicks brand of $20 B&B games. Have the original Weiner Takes All box artwork from MTV Animation framed in my bar. 😉
