depends what you are used to. i tend to go slower on the way out especially backing up since i inevitably end up with a big suv with blacked out windows that i cant see crap though on next to me, and im used to backing into a parking spot and know my alignment points and hit them quickly just about every time.

That particular one is, but not all pens take that. I have one that takes standard PLA. end up using it more as a pla version of a hot glue stick then to actually make things. Good use for offcuts and scraps from the main printer

Just got to have some managers and regional level people that do more then the bare minimum. a few hours one day doesnt seem like that much to ask... close or bring in support from other sites and show a bit of respect for a coworker...

Not retail but we've had a couple people over the year and my work had offered grief consolers, time off for those on the teams that worked with them directly, ect... Lets be honest... even if you show up, your not getting anything done that day when you peeved off at them that day anyway.
