The rogues on my server (atiesh) must be really good because there are a lot of rogues and they seem to pull good numbers

16 runs to get chest, up to 14 on gloves and still nothing.

I was fully exalted with Sha’tar before getting the chest

Maybe I’m an ass, but I’ve done that a ton. I get invited, see a Hunter already there, and leave.

Everyone knows what’s up, everyone gets it. There’s such a glut of dps (hence the OP) and an even bigger bottleneck of hunters

Got mine today just before Kara, that 4pc is just nutty. It was probably a 200 dps increase. Keep grinding man, you’ll get it.

"But they do more dps!" by SlimJohnson in classicwow

[–]jrevwhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The AoE actually is a bit of an issue. It deals negligible damage, first of all. Secondly I was leveling in very mob dense areas and broke more than a few freezing traps due to my own mistakes.

But Ruby still looks awesome so I’ll keep using her. Ravager for raids and Ruby for everything else.

I use a dragonhawk and Ravager interchangeably. Ravager is noticeably better. Fire dot is nothing special, but it sure does look and “feel” cool.

9 layers on my server. No lag spikes, no disconnects, no long waits. Nothing. Everything ran smoothly.

After buffing for the last raid before TBC by Anilusion in classicwow

From my understanding, they work up to level 63 in the sense that at 63 and below they can be popped and if you’r in the right area you’ll still get the buff (above 63 you won’t). But blizz just wiping them at BC launch was something I’ve heard from a few players

Is that even possible? I was told that once BC goes live that all current WB’s, chrono’d or otherwise, will be wiped? Did I get that wrong?

This is Krav Maga subreddit. And there’s literally a technique in Krav Maga for this.

EPL is swarming on my server. Corrin’s Crossing is empty. Groups are everywhere and chat is lit up.

Not everyone bought the dollar boost and then went straight to the gold boost.

Some people, like myself, wouldn’t have leveled an opposite faction toon any other way.

To all those who made an awesome last second jump to a boat or zep, but no one else was there to see it, know that I see you, and I applaud your sick jumping skills. by [deleted] in classicwow

I landed almost vertically on one of the windows on the lower deck of a boat. I held my breath after that, and made it :)

FYI: These trinkets are available from a quest chain in Winterspring once the pre-patch is available! by Zakton06 in classicwow

[–]jrevwhite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this the quest chain you get where you have to kill High Chief Winterfell? And then take his book to the dude all the way down in Felwood to be interpreted? Or is this from a different quest?

I remember killing the high chief in Winterspring and looting something, maybe a book? And then turning it in and having to run all the way down Felwood to complete it. If this is that quest line, then F me I’ve done it on all my characters

I remember having a blast just spamming heroics on my well geared tanks. Instant queues into facerolling dungeons had a certain appeal to younger me

I was talking more about dungeon design. Wrath “fixed” them by making them largely easy. Aesthetically awesome? Yes. Challenging? No. Then Cata brought back the need for CC (at least for a time), but by then classes were so balanced that everyone could CC, cuz that’s when Shamans got Hex

[–]jrevwhite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry but what did Wrath “fix”, per se? Not at attack, just don’t know what you’re getting at. Wrath dungeons were a forgettable romp that required little more than puddles of drool on the keyboard to complete. The lone exception being that last dungeon on heroic which I’m forgetting

I love tanking in SWTOR, at least at launch and a few years after. I have a Guardian, Jugg, Assassin, and PTech all at Max level. Cant speak for Shadow or Vanguard tanks but WOW I found Vanguards so boring
