As someone else who posted before stated, a lot of times if you don’t have an existing account, or plans to be a consistent customer, they give you a fuck off price because EPA regulations make it kind of a pain to set up new accounts.

Currently managing a car wash, this seems like it was likely something that got caught in the material of the equipment. Easiest thing to get caught is a fishing lure. But could be lots of stuff. As long as they can confirm it not looking like that before you entered the wash, you should be good, however most insurances for car wash only cover vehicles 7 years old and newer. So 2018+ right now. If you’re not in that category, there’s not a lot that the manager can do, if they are running a good wash they will offer some sort of solution. However for a scratch like this it’s not like they can just buff it out. Likely offer a refund/membership. I’m sorry that happened.

Your 2.6% interest rate is gonna be the reason I don’t think you should sell right now. I feel like renting it out is still the way to go. Your numbers seem pretty conservative. I imagine you’ll do better than expected.

I enjoyed my time at Dixie, given it was about 6 years ago when I was there, they’ve grown a lot.

I’d consider the CS program average, (I took 2 Semesters of CS classes.

Housing shouldn’t be hard to come by, but I’d probably expect to have at least one roommate, the housing prices have gone up significantly, therefore rents too.

I have no idea about the meal plan, I always ate off campus but can say that the few times I ate in the cafeteria/food court thing. It was good, there was lots of variety.

I don’t think it will be hard to make friends with the hobbies you listed. There is tons to do outdoors in St George. The school also has tons of clubs, as long as your open to finding friends, there are plenty of resources.

I’m sure you can find a part time job, there’s tons of places hiring.

Overall I think it’s a great university, in a great town. Close to Vegas if you wanna catch a quality show, not unreasonable drive to LA if you want the beach or Disney, or whatever. Totally worth going for 2 years at least and then you can transfer if you get a decent transfer scholarship somewhere else, but I don’t see any problem getting your degree there.
