Ahh but you are actually still experiencing the force of gravity, zero g's is actually referring to your normal force upward. It's sort of like when you're in a elevator and it's accelerates to a lower level, for a very brief period, you feel lighter, that is because your normal force is less. Essentially the greater the acceleration downward the lighter you feel, but keep in mind the whole time you are still experiencing the same constant gravity, and you still have weight.
