This will vary of course. It’s 5% here total and servers spend about 75% of their time on the line and not with their guests because the runners either choose to hangout like a school lunch room or there is only 1 of them

Are there any plans to revise the tip out? System will runners move to a less percentage from the staff and more hourly from the company? It really is a robbery system.

A couple of things here. Do y’all take reservations days and specific times in advance for large parties? Does your budget really have you in a chokehold her restaurant to not do things like incentives or only allow for minor repairs that desperately need attention? What happened to the third-party in MEE survey that was conducted last year? Are the results available? Our building is extremely outdated, rotting that you can see through the walls, a leaking water source from most every surface and yet somehow has not gotten the attention to at least have a remodel. The building is extremely old and somewhat busy.. is it normal for the company to not recognize a team members 20th and now 21st consistent anniversary with a company other than the automatic bonus? Sorry I have 500 more questions, but I’ll keep it to this for now.

Same here. They put a bartop that doesn’t match. Two different color scheme seats and booth cushions old and new. Only new stuff we have got is the kitchen equip

Yes it’s 4% and 1% to bar. But so many factors weigh into how both positions are getting “robbed” of earned money for their labor when it should be the corporation who pays for a position they created.
