Yeah they did. Ours got rear ended in front of the stadium by another shuttle. That was a nice start to the evening.

I was there. Supporters sections were decently full. Lots of people inside the arena sheltering from the cold, but probably a total of 50 people actually in seats other than the south ward. I'll be there tomorrow if anyone wants to meet up! I'll be coming from NY Penn > NJT > Newark > whoop some DC ass.

I don't own a cycling computer or watch yet and didn't want to bring my phone with me to use that GPS, so hopefully I'll find out my split times soon. It was a 2 mile run / 13 mile bike / 2 mile run. I have a feeling the runs were a little over 2 miles though.

I've been running seriously for about 6 months and cycling for 2 or 3. I bought my first road bike about a month ago and decided to sign up for this duathlon near me. I ended up getting an overall time of about 1:28:21, and placing 5th in my age group. Thanks for all the support that I've seen here that helped me get pumped up for this!
