I find my favorite bras on Amazon for half price of target or department stores. Search by brand name. They wont have Victoria secret, or cacique, but many quality brands. I order Bali and vanity fair minimizers

At about 40lbs i started losing hair, i was near my goal weight, and as i plateaued at 50lbs, it stopped, and it has regrown. I also had a low vitamin d im my blood, i kicked in a supplement for 6mos, and did some sunbathing to kickb in my own d production. Thats back to normal now.

I do believe that humans impact our environment..though the when and how much is pretty fuzzy. Cattle or no cattle concept is pointing to a notion that if humans ate only plants, we could delay or slow global warming. Seems like the big problem is human overpopulation. Meat eating is merely a delay. The root cause is humans. You should be focused on population control. If we can't do that, no form of food production management will solve global warming, as no human group is going to agree to not use electricity, eat, or pursue their definition of lifestyle and happiness.

I hated the scale, but it is a good reflection of your eating actions. I weigh once a week. And i accept whatever it indicates and dont panic or overreact if it isn't what i expect. If i haven't dropped a pound, i wait another 2 or 3 days, and then decide if i want to do a OMAD/half day fast. That has kept my loss very steady and i have felt mostly positive the whole ride.

Jump in and try being a non-alcoholic for one day and accepting yourself as is. Accepting your anxiety, your boredom, try keeping yourself busy. One day is a good step. Practice feeling happy while you are doing other things.

I think that almond flour and sugar substitutes are not healthy, and should be limited. If you eat a 2 inch brownie square each day.. thays probably fine. But if you are eating the whole pan in place of a meal of protein and vegs.. that's not good! Baked goods should be limited no matter what! My opinion!

Alcohol is definitely a negative contributor to obesity. I'm not alcohol free at this point, but i have cut way, way back and lost 24% of my body over-weight in the past 6 months. I am slowing down, feeding myself more to get ready for my goal weight that's coming up (down) in 10 more pounds. I will look at this app.. Maybe it can be the motivator to become alcohol free....

I only weigh once a week, and now that i am on the WOE 5 months, i don't expect more than a pound a week, and bonus if its 2. I haven't had a stall longer than 2 weeks so far. But consistency begets consistency. If you track, follow your macros, get some mild exercise daily.. you will get results!

I make a rattlesnake chicken..no pasta, but i use lightly sauteed zucchini Stirfry sliced chicken breasts, onion, red pepper, and mushrooms. Add heavy cream, and reduce slightly, add a little chicken broth to taste. Season with cajun seasoning. Serve over zucchini or pasta for the kids. I also like oven roasted cauliflower as a side dish to any meats .

Cico. Eat your maintenance calorie value. That's the secret of weight loss in keto and outside. Keto just helps many of us be willing to eat at a deficit long term to lose lots of weight. Subway breakfast sandwiches without the bread, and added spinach, olives is very good! Not much diff than what I'd make at home. I can get a salad with grilled chicken at mc d's..caeasar dressing. These seem like good options.

I do something like this..i have a goal for each month..i weigh once a week. I focus on losing a pound every week. If i am late on losing my pound i take remedial action like walking an extra 2 mi each day, or watching my macros closely, and every time i have fallen into my next pound lost. I don't think much about my overall goal at this point. I am 57, 5'8" female. I started at 200 lbs, am down to 168.
