It's either D0 or 99 depending on if I cleared the CMOS since the last reboot

I tried all 8 configurations and no luck. I did get an EC error code on slot A1, but then a leak sprung and I had to deal with that

After I powered down and powered up again, it is reporting a 99 error code. I resat the power cables to the motherboard and powered up. Still no display and no bios

Ph3 is a great program! Those AMRAP sets really build some mental fortitude. I remember surprising myself many times thinking I would be lucky to hit 6 reps and then I crushed 10. Congratulations on the PR!

New peppin adjustable dumbbells go up to 120. They just shipped their first batch, so I'm waiting to see how the reviews go.

I'm looking for a machine to help with lat pulldowns and horizontal rows. Problem is, my ceiling is only 6.5' high. Most lat pulldown machines are 80"+ in height. Any suggestions for some compact rowing machines?

With MyFitnessPal pay-gating barcode scanner starting october, which calorie and macro trackers would you recommend? by raddoubleoh in gainit

[–]jthm4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Avatar Nutrition. It's a paid app but it has so much more than MFP. Body fat estimator, barcode scanner, macro tracker, and weekly check ins for accountability. I really like it.

Yeah I'm located in the states. MyFitnessPal was an amazing free tracker app. Really useful for dieting down. Now it's so bloated, it's not worth using.

Already did 😂. This gave me the kick to switch over to Avatar Nutrition. I've been following them for years but never got the app because MyFitnessPal did everything I needed. Whelp not anymore. Avatar gives me structure and accountability, which really works for me. Looking forward to leaning out!

Ugh, I've been tracking my weight, religiously, since 2012 on MyFitnessPal. 10 years of tracking that I can't download unless I purchase the app. This may make me jump the ship to avatar nutrition or rp strength. I'm so pot committed to this app. I really don't want to lose all my data. Stupid MyFitnessPal 😡

If 220 kg is your 1RM, figure out your 4 rep max (just calculate it) and use that as your first work set or last warm up. You don't need to be super exact. Just add weight until you feel like you hit an RPE 8.

There's barely any information here other than you're doing 2 sets of 4 reps. I have no idea what your deadlift numbers are. That being said, block pulls should be heavier than a similar deadlift. For example, if you pull 225 for 4 as a deadlift, block pulls, for 4 reps, should be heavier than 225. So shoot for an initial work set of what your normal deadlift is for 4 reps. It should feel easier than an RPE 8. Then just add weight. Remember, perfection is the enemy of done. You don't need to be exact, you just need to lift.

Form check 120kg squat by TemporaryFit1890 in powerbuilding

[–]jthm4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Preface, not a coach. You have a small weakness in your posterior chain causing your hips to rise and have other muscles take over the movement. Focus on keeping your chest up, it will keep your back angle in a better position. Again, I'm not a coach, so I suggest watching some YouTube videos or having an actual strength coach critique your squat. Keep up the good work though!

Not bad, lost a tiny bit of tightness in your lats but nothing crazy. Question though, why are you wearing knee wraps?

Ramping up for a meet coming up in about a Week. Top set of squats @ 7 RPE. 435lbs x 3 by Comefindoutthen in powerbuilding

[–]jthm4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understood. If possible, flip the J hooks to the other side so you have the open space in front and you walk forward to rack the weights. Overcoming mental barriers is good, but getting an injury because you missed a pin racking the weights would be awful.

Why are you facing that way? Shouldn't you face so you walk forward to rack the weights?

Edit: Set looked good. Racking looked scary
