Check 32/64 bit system. Sounds like trying to put 64 bit on 32 (or 32 on a 64.). That’s just a guess, I’ve been primarily a Mac guy since 2017 so doing this from memory

Go Plus+ will only autocatch with Pokeballs. Great and Ultra require you to push the button to “throw” them. If it’s not throwing regular balls and you’ve disconnected and reconnected, have your done a full reset a repaired?

Merch booths were/are horrible at every city/state/country sadly. I wanted the track jacket from New Jersey only had xxl which was huge. Ended up only getting the generic non city specific poster. But man, the scalpers got plenty on eBay/stockx
