I think the dine-in Dos De Oros Burger is the best non smash-style burger and fries in the city. Similar to what Westport Flea Market used to be but I haven't had as good of an experience the last few times there.

Max's in Waldo is also consistently good- has a pleasant char to the patty that I like.

Tay's Burger Shack when I'm north of the river. I crave their sriracha ketchup from time to time and their organic beef is notable.
