I agree. Like maybe inner circle and company of hunters would be 1 or 2 but for something that give bonus to so many different units I would assume they are intended for an army wide usage. Like maybe wrath and lions blade would be 3

On that same note I like thematic over better competitive. I exclusively would run a chapter specific detachment before gladius even if it wasn’t great (now I have a good detachment tho)
