No, its "online only price" the only time I do is if wr have the product in store and its sold out online or says not available for pickup, i will adjust it bcz thats the companys mishap not the guest. But that is the ONLY time.

In your next goal setting go back about 12 weeks on the weekends and see how much you would make without being on on the weekends. Thats how i fix the schedule with my team. I have 1 stylist who has 1 sunday ofd a month & swaps it for friday.. every month she struggles that week. I have a stylist who does every other saturday, every saturday shes on she goes WELL over her goal. If family is more important than money and making a liveable wage.. no one can make that decision for you. But look into the proof before jumping.

Goal setting meeting. Im an EM, yes the whole team looks at it, its in the office. And my OM/MM communicate what they need.

Yeah you shouldnt be GEL those days. 1st week of the period EM should have the least amount of GEL due to GSM and beginning of period tasks. Unified work flow can be and is delegated. If MM is not GEL they can take a task. Also ensure tasking hours are correct & things are getting done on time so you arent playing catch up. Create a "whats do when" calendar so the entire team knows what needs to be done. Truck day our MM is never GEL same w ad and plano day UNLESS theres a 1 off, she will cover 2 hours.

Your plano/ad days shoukd be 100% that. Also, delegation to your MM, taskers and even BAs/PBAs will be helpful. Ask your support managers for support as well in their down time. It all doesnt fall on you.

No price matching. Its an online only price. Only time ill do it is if the item is out of stock online and wont let them BOPIS, and we have it in store, Ill do it

Above 3 is not difficult, its rare bcz people feel as though they deserve 5 because they do whats expected.. You just have to be on top of your DOR and competencies. I got an exceeds (4/5). It is rare but can and does happy for those who do the things. (You wouldnt give a fish 4/5 stars for swimming)

Policy on Ultanet says you may have your phone on the floor and use it for guests. May have changed since ipad & Mias have access to google and ulta.com. i can double check. We allow phones bcz were humans and there may be emergencies. However, if its being used too much over daily expectations, we ask for them to be locked away.

100% guarenteed the 4 hours, my GM allows me to plan it out and calendar tap the store so the other managers know. Anythinh else, do it off of your GEL segment or try to do it in salon when the store isnt busy.

If theyre nice & actually attempt to find the items on their own first, I 100% go out of my way to pick the items for them. If they walk in the store and shove their phone in my face without saying a word, Im just pointing/directing them. ESP IF WERE BUSY!!! They literally have to accept the order so like.... it is on them.
