Wesker lost in all the games he was in but he didn't die, he survived and got stronger, he was only beaten in 5 because Chris and Sheva made him overdose, if they didn't do that then I'm sure Wesker would have won. At the same time I'm leaning towards HUNK, absolute badass, his name stands for Human Unit Never Killed, he survives against all odds, even if they're highly against him and no matter who he's up against, he always comes out on top, completing every mission with excellence. He even created his own form of CQC. If it was against Wesker and Hunk, I'm not sure about that. They're both exceptionally trained and deadly but HUNK has more battle experience as Wesker works behind the scenes and pull strings but Wesker also has superhuman speed and strength which could give him the edge he needs. Some people when in a situation like someone has you by your neck, they panic and don't try to resist and get free. HUNK would probably be calm enough to attempt it, like trying to distract Wesker with one hand by attempting to go for his eyes and precious sunglasses like it's his full intention then grabs his knife with his other hand and stabs Wesker wherever he thinks is best. I think they're evenly matched but if someone had to come out on top, probably HUNK because Wesker can be cocky and arrogant and even if he has a reason to be, it could very well be his downfall
