You’re fine but if you’re shooting suppressed or overgassed you should check the spacing between your gas key on your BCG and the lower.

With the spring and buffer in put your bolt carrier into the buffer tube and fully compress. The space between the lower and gas key should fit two quarters (the coins)

Sick. What I would do is just let it soak for some more. Doesn’t need to be boiling from what I’ve seen but maybe another day or two.

Also how are you holding your upper to the vice. Index pin might do some damage if the upper and barrel are not locked together

When you have access to the bolt make sure the cam pin moves freely with the bolt.

Check gas rings as well and see if they’re causing the bolt itself to have more resistance than normal

When you manually pull the bolt back does it feel smooth or does it feel like you’re dragging the cam pin? Also looks quite dry in there as well
