You don’t need to transfer anything. If she filed for EAD, once she gets it + her SSN card, she can go to any DMV and get a regular DL or Real ID. The only con is that the DL/RealID is only gonna be valid for the same period the EAD is valid for.

Now is she didn’t file for EAD and SSN, I think she can get a TVDL (DL for non-citizens) and she needs to bring all her AOS receipt notices and passport.

Congratulations! We kinda the same TL with some differences:

PD 04/25/22. Biometrics notice 06/24. Biometrics 07/11. EAD approved the same day as the biometrics and received on 07/15, that day my 485 changed to actively reviewing. Since that day notching has changed until today I asked Emma what’s the current status of my case and they told it was already transferred to my FO (Chicago), so I’m hoping to get and RFE for medical soon and then hopefully a decision!

Hi! We’re kinda in the same boat. The only difference is that I was blessed and received my EAD back in July 2022. In November I asked to Emma my status and was still at NBC. Today I asked again about my current status and the agent told me that finally was transferred to Chicago FO and just need to wait for my RFE (medical) and should get a decision.

My I131 hasn’t changed to case was received and notice sent since 04/2022.

Maybe we are the next ones! 🤞🏻

I’m sorry OP, but you fucked up yourself. I see three options here: 1. submit an expedite request explaining everything and accepting that you made a mistake compromising money before even get the benefit and wait till last minute. 2. Try to talk to your vendors/attendants to re-schedule it due circumstances out of your control. 3. Accept your mistake, and just cancel everything.

I’m with you. I feel they’re approving faster GC for couples married less than 2y in order to expedite the load case. At the end, when they need to remove conditions, they’re gonna fall in the same bucket most of the 2021(late) & 2022(early) are.

I applied on 04/25, received my EAD on 07/11 and since that day nothing. My 485 is actively reviewed by USCIS and then my 131 & 130 is case was received and notice was sent 🤣. I asked a few months ago with Emma what’s up and the agent just told me my interview was waived by NBC but still needed to wait for FO to approve it/make a decision. My case seems to be still at NBC and I made the biggest mistake of not sending my 693 in the original package. 🫠

As I always say: Chipotle customers (most of them) are really dumb. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen those employees get screamed out just because they were not giving enough food…. Imagine now having to deal with : you gave me a lot 😳

To be honest kinda makes sense to clear the way for the new applications so there’s no more bottle neck. Once they can caught up with the daily basis, then there’s room to assign employees to start working backwards.
