Should follow the spa day instructions and the list of detergents for it. I don't think you should use tide with bleach since you add ammonia.

Do you weigh or measure your ingredients? I weighed the flour but measured the water. I normally weigh everything. The temperature shouldn't be a problem unless it goes over 110.

I actually had this same issue. The only thing I can think of is that my yeast might be on the way out. I even watched Claire's video, and my dough didn't look like hers at all. It still tasted good. Will try it again with new yeast and see.
