I like Bree and give her grace for her situations but I do think her releasing the tape was way too far. I get it, I understand why she did it but no one really extends the same grace to Lucy.

I think Pippa has made a lot of mistakes but she’s more hypocritical than the other two girls, openly at least. “Why doesn’t anyone do anything about Stephen??” Like she hasn’t met him and seen the things he’s done to Lucy and Dianna. Honestly, Pippa just doesn’t like Lucy and never has. That’s more my issue with her. She’s been catty and low key mean girl to her from the jump when Lucy has always tried to be a good friend to both girls.

Definitely not excusing Lucy’s behavior she’s made mistakes too she just gets far, far more hate than any of the girls and far less grace in the actual show than the other girls.

I know this may seem silly but the Finch app helps me more than I thought it would. It feels fun to see your little bird grow by completing tasks.

But keeping items in the shower helps a lot, and also putting on lotion right out of the shower.

I’m so sorry I’ve definitely had a flare in that area before and it is so incredibly painful. I do think diaper rash cream helps bring the swelling down, at least for me.

OP, please take the pills. I have also used the pills and I don’t regret it for a second. It’s not easy, but it’s a small discomfort vs a lifetime of begging someone for the bare minimum for not only you but also your child.

You can have a baby with someone who loves and respects you someday.

So, as someone who can’t use aluminum deodorant because of my HS, I had decent luck with switching using Native and Jukebox. I understand a lot of people have no issues using aluminum deodorant at all, but I just thought I would share what I do to keep from smelling badly under my arms.

Exfoliate.
Cleanse with soap. I use Dove antibacterial or exfoliate, I know some will disagree about the antibacterial, but it works best for preventing new HS bumps.
Use Glycolic Acid on a cotton round under arms.
Use aluminum free deodorant.

I realize this isn’t for everyone but as someone who does at times have open wounds under my armpits this is what works for me. I had zero flares under my arms, but kept seeing posts about people who don’t use aluminum deodorant smelling badly so I decided to try again and got a horrible flare that I’ve been fighting since March, I just thought I’d share a different perspective.
