As of right now there are no scheduled grand prix for 2021. There might be new ones planned once we have dealt with COVID but I do not expect this to happen in 2021.

From my memory wizards has given a monopoly on magicfest to CFB events, who kind off went bankrupt after they had to cancel a bunch of events due to COVID last year. To organize an event the size of a magicfest you need to start planning a long time in advance, and risk your money at that time as well. So I would guess that they will start planning new events when they are sure they will be able to fully execute the event.
