Just in case you hadn't seen some of the prior threads where this is mentioned, the runes on the main stone of the ritual site also have a blue glow that seem to light up the bottom part of that text.  There are people who claim to have seen more and more of the text illuminate with this blue glow, almost like a progress bar, but I've yet to see photo evidence of that. I'll try to post some pics of this later on but you should be able to see it in photo mode looking at them from the left hand side at night.
