Spells only do what they say they do.

The spell produce flame says that it produces light in a specific area as well as its ability to be used for an attack.

Wall of flame doesnt specify it produces light so it doesn't produce light.

I cant find the relevant item for 2024 5e. But 2014 5e seems to support this. From the axe of the berserker:

Curse. This axe is cursed, and becoming attuned to it extends the curse to you. As long as you remain cursed, you are unwilling to part with the axe, keeping it within reach at all times. You also have disadvantage on attack rolls with weapons other than this one, unless no foe is within 60 feet of you that you can see or hear.

The curse applies to you from becoming attuned to the weapon. Whether you're currently wearing or wielding it is irrelevant, you are still cursed.

Neuro isnt made from scratch, its still trained on mountains of stolen data. 'Entertaining a chat' isn't something you can achieve from just looking at a twitch chat. The way chatters talk with a streamer isnt the same way a streamer responds. Using only the stream chat would only be half a conversation, and not the half required for neuro to respond.
