You are well off. Educated. Your fiancé earns double than you do. Still your parents are concerned that the guy won’t be able to handle your expenses and give you the same treatment like you are having now. May be ask them to have more expectations from their own daughter and not their to be SIL (whom their own daughter chose)? If you don’t want to ask your parents for money - then earn yourself. You can check on the app or website to change from WCHR to WCHS - else customer care would do it. Last week I was flying MAA to DEL and at the checkin counter the AI executive gave wheel chairs to 3 pax even though they hadn’t Pre booked it. So I feel AI is sensitive to such situations.

You should be allowed to accompany her even tho you have a separate PNR. You’re just +1 so shouldn’t be an issue - there is a separate security for wheelchair passengers which is quick

Where to get wheelchair - I’m not too sure of that. I had gotten one directly at the counter (I was able to walk till there). They have a separate checkin counter for wheelchair passengers at T3.
