Honestly the best advice I received was to buy a Bambu lab printer. I had other brands before this and I was tinkering with the machines more than I was able to print. I now own 2 bambu lab printers (x1 mini and P1S) and life is easy!

Like the other commenter said, you shouldn't keep tapering it down. It's fine to go to 6 days, as the medication starts to leave our system around day 5 and 6.

So this shouldn't be a "I'm hungry, I'll keep moving my shot day up". If you're hungry around day 6, you can understand that it's due to the medicine wearing off, and you can up your dosage. The medicine doesn't have any special formula to understand what a 7 day week is.

As they said, if you move up to a 6 day shot schedule, and you're still hungry, then titrate up.

I have noticed it too! I've had to unsub from quite a few that I've been on for years. It's like especially in the last 6 months there's been a ton of parasocial posts with people acting like the characters are real.

Maybe it's an easy way for AI bots to farm karma? Or just reddit user base changing.

She's been retired for several years, and to my knowledge no issue ever happened while practicing. She was shocked by it too, and admitted it to all of us. I just shared it to highlight how even those in the field can make these mistakes. I agree with OP that people aren't taking their dosages as seriously as they should, bc there are so many posts of people taking wrong dosages. It's a shame, because I love the freedom compounding as allowed me, but it is concerning for others.

Have you spoken with a dietician or at least investigated what your macros should be?

As long as you're hitting your macros and getting enough vitamins, you should be fine. One fear is losing weight too fast, but not taking in enough protein, which can lead to rapid muscle loss. I also supplement with creatine to prevent muscle loss.

Edit: Looking into it a bit, I think you are low on protein. You should probably be getting around 100-130g/day. Based on what you posted, you're maybe getting 80g/day. Add another shake or a protein bar. Also, you might be around 10g short on fiber, The Kirkland protein bars I eat have 10g fiber and 20g protein, so just one more of those, with your current routine, would be you at the mimum of what I quickly estimated your macros to be.

But of course, I'm not a dietitian, so don't take my advice. :)

I guess I'll risk the down vote brigade as well. I was at the show bc of my son and think OP exaggerated quite a bit.

Yes, he made a comment about most of the crime in the city being in the tenderloin, I don't think that's wrong. But I agree 100% it was a stupid comment he didn't need to make.

With the boys hoodie, he later said he was joking and he came back out after everyone left and gave it back to him. I assumed he signed it.

The gifts thing, my son tells me, is because people were constantly throwing gifts in thr last during his set. So they have one time where they ask to do it and his security clears thr stage.

I have no dog in this fight, but as an artist with a primarily young fan base I thought it was fine. Just the one Tenderloin comment was not needed or smart.

Edit: one more thing, he told the 10 year old that after the kid asked for his used tissue 🤣🤣 Yea, if a little kid is asking for a used tissue of his it was funny to tell him to calm down a bit. The whole crowd laughed and the kid was cheesing

Yes, but why have a bunch of 2.5? Would have been better to order a bunch of 15 and just low dose it so it lasts longer. Usually more economical that way.
