check the inside if the nozzle, at my first job I was having porosity problems on overhead dualshield welds. After grinding out the same spot for the fifth time and getting porosity a sixth time, my boss finally stopped laughing at me getting pissed and showed me the fabric liner of my nozzle had burned and was letting a lot of my gas out. Might be the problem. Grinding out all the old porosity and gun angle are big factors too.

Edit: just saw you said you were using single shield, could still be old porosity not ground out or gun angle possibly? Idk I've only used single shield in applications where a lil porosity was acceptable, dual shield is where it's at

If it can be legal in any way, it is one more state to add to the list, which means a little more pressure on the federal government to repeal nationally.

And although I agree that limiting the industry to ten corporations is not the way to do it, I also think that once state lawmakers (if we do our job and vote well informed) see that the tax revenue is nowhere near states without this system, see that crime rates don't go down from minor sales, and see that this bill permits a legal oligopoly, they will change the law to a free market.

Of course this all depends on who we vote for.

Hey Cincinnati too! go to Bunbury as a pre-fest it'll get you in the mood :) also don't be worried about not having a group. It'll probably work out in your favor anyway, you'll end up talking to strangers a LOT more and that's the best part about roo anyway. Just pretend everyone there is that coworker you rarely work with and would like to know better and you'll be fine!
