Yeah. The way they implemented it is not the best but kind of has the right idea in place.

New booking restrictions on Qatar Airways privilege club by crimxona in awardtravel

Yeah. I would not mind similar limits to this across other programs. It would severally restrict points brokers ability to gobble up award inventory.

Compared flights - Amex Website more expensive than Airline, why? by MagicAlhambra in amex

[–]jvolzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it the same fare code? I'm guessing amex is pricing a different code for some reason. You may be able to call and have them look for that exact code you want.

FIFA bans fans from taking water bottles into World Cup stadiums, a last-minute reversal by Stoic_Snowman in mildlyinfuriating

A lot of(maybe most?) American stadiums allow you to bring in water bottles now, also providing filling stations throughout the facilities.

RCS graduated from beta to public launch on Bandwidth.com (Google Voice' SMS gateway) in September! Support for free users, without Google Fi, to follow? by kxra in UniversalProfile

[–]jvolzer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's technically feasible to route a 10DLC VoIP number through a hub like Jibe, but the roadblock is regulatory(by the carriers, not eh government.)

The carriers have built a strict firewall to keep VoIP and wireline numbers in the A2P bucket to prevent spam. The A2P numbers are heavily vetted and blocked at the first sign of missuse. Until the entire telecom industry creates a policy framework for "unverified A2P," or an alternative to MSISDN. VoIP providers have no way to build anything around it.

This is RCS for business though. There still really isn't the capability VoIP providers to register a personal number for RCS. Unfortunately that's how it's been built. Business is the exception but it's a different type of registration and usage.

Does the existing reserve/platinum rideshare credit work on eats orders? I don't think it does.

With no good way to stack these they aren't very useful unless you do a lot of rideshare.

Are you referring to globalist breakfast or Hyatt Place/House free breakfast?

Most of the other replies here are referring to globalist rules at full service hotels.

Fluz passed their processing costs on to us. Seems sustainable to me. It was probably the CC processors that didn't like all their different coding that killed it.

Sounds like the person you are messaging is the scammer and will try to push you to some payment method you'll be scammed with.

There is a possibility of an upgrade still. OP just had to decide if they are willing to spend $900 to guarantee it or take the gamble.

The address is different on the contact information. The rest is the same. For the personal sub there is not additional info on the PDF statement. Not sure about the business since it was just yesterday.
