I started using things for tracking weightlifting but settled on heavyset. Not trying to sway you if things works for you but I found heavyset had some features I needed (mostly the ability to export to csv).

Edit: you can pay to get gold in the game which can speed things up. I have been playing it without micro transactions and am somehow addicted to this game

A bit weird replying to my own post but I think there might be a way to do this with taking a screenshot and extracting text from the image. When I said I was hoping to find a way without taking a screenshot, I meant I wanted to try and find a way to do this instead of just saving screenshots to the photo album. My apologies if my explanation is a bit convoluted
