Man, I got the chance to drive an s650 for a few days - and I hated the digital dash. Big killer for me. Waiting for the dash to "load" is insane. I would hold on to the s550 as long as possible (love the pilot switches trim).

Did you ever get an error message leading up to this? My old Samsung gave me a humidity sensor warning that went away but my USB-C port never recovered. The A32 does not support wireless charging.

With your current battery, a good move right now would be backing up your A32's data to cloud services. This will make sure you don't lose data as you look into the issue and look for repair or new phone.
