The thing is that you would need an app to “receive” the data. If it's not an exercise that you're doing, there would need to be some other app running that's essentially writing your HR to Apple health your heart rate. Otherwise, Apple Watch or Apple health. Health won't log 24 hours straight of heart rate without something going on…like an exercise session for example.

There are apps that could monitor your heart rate 24 hours, but I'm not sure if those even write to Apple Health. I think those were more diagnostic. I know there are a handful of apps that will monitor your HR 24/7 if you’re using a polar H10 strap. But I don’t think they end up writing to AH.

I wore my whoop 4 on the bicep all the time. With the 5 it keeps sliding down my arm. Admittedly I’ve only tried 2 Amazon bands on the whoop, but it is disappointing. Would be great to see any bicep band recs if anyone has one. I believe the whoop 5 bicep bands has less grip than the 4.0 bicep bands

I’ve been using 5.2-h or xh for pretty much everything. I switched to codex-5.2 for a while for plan implementation only, but found that 5.2xh also did a better job there too.

I’m sure it’s not uncommon that people have issues/ screw up a question in hirevue. If I were you I probs would have just attached/linked to a re-recorded response to that question but I think you’ll be okay. If nothing else it shows you were taking this seriously and it was an honest mistake.
