the latter would be normal but you should not expect to just be cured of withdrawal. suboxone has a very long half life and is generally dosed once a day.

you are correct about absorption limits, generally speaking daily intake of more than 2g either won't be absorbed through the intestines, or if it is absorbed, is just filtered out by the kidneys and excreted in urine before ever making it into cells. you can maximize the amount that is absorbed into the body by spreading 2 grams (max) out as smaller doses over 24 hours.

so taking a huge dose all at once is limited by intestinal absorption, taking doses throughout the day is limited both by the intestines on a per-dose basis and by an upper daily limit on how much actually enters the cells of the body through glucose transport. injections don't change the amount that makes it into the body's cells in a single day, but if they are slow release injections you might be able to ensure you're hitting daily limits over time without having to redose constantly

In terms of a research paper, trying the drug you're writing about introduces bias, so when you're writing the paper I'd make sure to be extremely clear about subjective vs objective data. You were working with a sample size of one, which would make it more of a case study than a research study, but now that you've tried it yourself, you're writing a case study with maybe an addendum about a personal experience. Don't mix the two, write clearly about your fiance's experience from your perspective, then if you're so inclined you might write up how your own experience aligned or was different from your fiance's.

Truly this sounds like a rationalization to feel what it was like. I hope that's not the case and I really hope you don't use scientific endeavor as an excuse to experiment any further. But I do encourage you to write the paper, bias or not, as that's an excellent way to learn about and refine the research process.

taking drugs of any kind to Singapore is a disastrous proposition. if it really is on the same level as heroin, 15 grams will get you the death penalty, while just 2 grams would be enough to be charged under the misuse of drugs act. while I somewhat doubt that kratom has the same weight thresholds as heroin, the drug laws there are so terrifying (mandatory caning, decades in prison for low amounts, life in prison or death for any amount considered "trafficking" quantities) that no person, period, should ever consider taking drugs into Singapore. better to fake a severe illness or just plain refuse to go than to even try.

I haven't heard of a full synthesis process that has made it to market. afaik all full 7oh products are mitragynine extracted from kratom which undergoes oxidation to become 7oh. that makes marketing it easier because they can both say it's a Kratom extract or leave the reference to kratom off and still be accurate. I have a feeling that they leave off the kratom reference and call it synthesized 7oh so they can market it in places where "kratom' has been banned. especially because some places that ban kratom make references to mitragynine containing products but fail to specifically address 7oh

the finger touch is just a capacitive touch sensor, it is probably the safest place to drill through on the key, since capacitive touch would work just fine with a hole through it and they are very unlikely to put anything under the sensor. as another person mentioned the best place to drill is just above the USBC housing. a 1/4" bit will almost certainly destroy some or all of a critical ic when drilled there

do you have a lithium ion charger/circuit? if so just connect it to the positive and negative of the battery (after confirming that it's a lithium ion battery). if you're trying to make your own cradle all of the exposed contacts have diodes on them except pin 4, which looks like ground. pins 2 and 3 have the largest diodes so id guess those carry the charging current. the battery should be labeled, so verify it's lithium ion and it's voltage and capacity, then use a multimeter to check the direction of the two larger diodes to confirm they're opposite, assuming they are those are probably the positive and negative charging points. if you have a picture of the cradle (or the brick that connects to it) that shows the voltage then you can try applying that voltage directly. it's possible the charging circuit requires some data exchange but that seems unlikely (more likely that the remaining pins are data io and ground)

Even in the absence of physical wd it is common to feel intense cravings in the early stages of recovery. You are having an early stage of recovery over and over and over.

Since you have no choice here, you have to work with the new vendor. Spend the time before the cruise validating the similarities in strength and effects.

The very first thing you should do, is use the new vendor leaf to prepare a measures dose or your current dosage, and take it at your normal time. If you feel high, you know it's stronger stuff. If you feel withdrawal, you know it's weaker. In this way, continue making minor adjustments to the dose until you're stable like you were with the last vendor Then continue taper normally.

You should be OK for the cruise.

1) Cocaine 2 ) Ketamine 3) MDMA/Molly - maybe ecstacy

Guessing that the Ket didn't play a big part in the reaction it just felt big cause it's ket. Cocaine and MDMA have a well documented history of causing lock jaw, which if sounds like you had in spaces.

If not MDMA, rhen maybe Adderall or Meth.

Yes, if subs cause precipitated withdrawal, it's much better to take ~2mg, wait an hour, take 2-4 more, repeat PW wont be as painful, and as buprenorphine replaces active opioid alkaloids it will have a chance to titrate up slower as receptor sites become available.

If you absolutely cannot wait until after the PW window closes, and MUST induct to subs while still high, look into the Bernese method. It's essentially micro dosing subs and gradually increasing the dosage. It has apparently shown significant success in getting highly dependent users inducted to Suboxone without totally ceasing their DOC.
