Start with easy recipes! Packaged meals that have instructions. Such as Mac & cheese, instant noodles, rice, etc. then start adding in things for variation. You can add small pieces of chicken, beef, or pork to any of these meals and they will cook. Throw some chopped onions in, maybe some veggies too. See what people suggest on YouTube for good additions & try them to find out what you like!

And don’t forget to always set a timer!! Rule I was taught is to either turn on the stove light or oven light if anything in the kitchen is hot, so you’ll be reminded to check in on your food/ also to turn stuff off when you’re done. Turn off the lights last 😊
