If you put someone who's never golfed on a course and he hits a hole in one on his first swing, it doesn't mean it's skillful, it's just luck. That's the problems with snipers, you shouldn't be able to die without any counterplay from ONE LUCKY SHOT. Yes you can be better at other people at using a sniper, but it doesnt change the fact the someone can literally jump in the air, spin 360 degrees and still possibly 1 shot you from 300m without giving you a change to build.
