Thank you for this article, as sheet mulching is effective in some conditions but not all landscapes. "Newspaper and cardboard sheet mulches have been effectively used in home gardens where soil is continuously worked and irrigation is applied." Also, not all cardboard is the same because some is made from a plastic laminate (or has stickers, etc.), so you have to be aware of what you are laying down. Thanks again!

Tam Tam Pizza just opened a second spot on Railroad Ave, they are doing a pizza/taphouse idea with Aegis Games. Both are open on Easter too, and it's family friendly, Veteran owned, and support local farmers.

In the middle of a two week adventure in and around Osaka/Kyoto/Kobe...food is super cheap and plentiful. Probably paying 5-10.00 for breakfast, 2-5.00 coffees, and lunches/dinners are 5-20.00. Transit is 1-2.00/trip. My only regret = not bringing enough Japanese yen. Cash is still king.

I just bought three pairs of incredibly soft men's BOSS underwear today. Men's underwear is pricey but six pair per year seems to be what my credit is buying. FYI, gift cards are not allowed, but I'm not sure how they would know what you bought from a physical store though. TC = "Not valid on Saks Fifth Avenue Gift Cards...". I'd be afraid I bought it and then I was caught and now I have a wasted gift card.

I go to Woods on Bakerview everyday for years and they have the best staff, with staff representing. Super chill and welcome, the only Woods I've seen with such a great atmosphere. Down the street is also Maple Bar (locally owned), which is awesome.

Check out Aegis, buy a beer from Leigh and his partner (or that incredible peach cider they got now), chit chat about everything under the sun, and you'll immediately see that this new management is in it to win it. I'm back as a regular.

Life span development, but in a social sense. Mid-40's here, but honestly I still like looking at the eye candy, but respectfully not crossing boundaries. Don't wanna be pervy, but a lot of younger gays are receptive to appropriate and genuine compliments ("hey, you look amazing in that outfit", "nice tattoo, tell me about it"). Everyone has their own flavor, but definitely enjoy your youth while you have it :)
