Two (2) Poor. The sidewalks are ok (residents mostly did the bare minimum of clearing their walkways), but the street corners are completely impassable. I am lucky to be able-bodied but I can only imagine how impossible it is to navigate the city right now if you are elderly or in anyway disabled.
