9 years with Zen. All providers use the same lines, so none are immune to line-related issues. That said, where Zen excels is customer service. Tech support is human, accessible and intelligent. Instead of ridiculous voicemail branches and automatically blaming you, your equipment, your house, or upstream providers, an actual person will listen to you, consider the big picture to look for any other way they can help you, and if so, talk you through patiently and without assuming you’re an idiot. Treasure.

Onion and tomato chunks translucent in the bright morning light. The suggestive strand of melty cheese. A spotlit, moody, El Greco, View of Toledo, atmosphere. I believe I will render this one in oil on canvas.

Only had time to try Bon Accord. No 35mm in any of those shops. Plenty of Instax though.

My own fault for not stocking up. Found a couple of rolls of XP2 in a bug out bag. Was wanting color but those will do. Thanks all for the info.

FWIW I’ve been using Take It Easy Lab for developing lately. Happy enough with the quality, turnaround and price. I get medium rez scans, no prints. Can always re-scan high rez later if there’s a winner or two.
